If the Covid-19  RT PCR Test (called the "Mickey Mouse Test" by critics of it) comes up with false positives, and gives the impression a person has enough viral load  to produce symptoms, but no symptoms appear, one good way to obtain symptoms of a corona type virus is to force face masks on people, and build up moisture in their lungs.
